To help young children succeed in the schools and daycares their families chose—by building the skills they need to stay, learn, and connect. We build skills for communication, coping, and classroom success—so kids can stay with their peers, grow with confidence, and keep learning right where they are.
Every child starts with a thorough assessment by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience.
We observe in both home and school settings to understand strengths, challenges, and daily routines.
Assessments guide individualized goals and ensure our support fits the child—not the other way around.
We create a customized treatment plan focused on communication, classroom behavior, and social interaction.
The plan includes measurable goals, strategies that work in real-time, and roles for each team member.
Family and school staff are invited to give input and help define what success looks like.
Your ABA therapist is a trained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who works with your child directly in their classroom each day.
We support learning, transitions, and behavior without pulling the child out of their environment.
Everything we do is designed to blend into the child’s day—not disrupt it.
We work closely with families, teachers, and any other providers on the child’s team.
Everyone uses the same tools and strategies so the child experiences consistency across settings.
Open communication and shared problem-solving are the core of our model.
A BCBA visits weekly to observe, coach, and update the child’s goals as they grow.
We review progress data regularly and adjust the plan to meet the child’s evolving needs.
Parents and school staff are kept in the loop every step of the way.
As the child becomes more independent, we gradually fade support. We may decrease days or hours starting at month 4.
Discharge is a shared decision, made when the child is thriving without daily 1:1 help.
We exit with a clear plan in place—and a child who’s confident, connected, and ready.
We believe in making things easier and better.
