Our Field Support Managers are experienced paraprofessionals who have worked in the ABA field for at least 3 years. Field Support Staff are primarily a supervisory and training role, but they also provide fill-in direct services at least 10 hours per month. The BCBA supervisor gets to know their clients and families' values, needs, and goals. They perform assessments and create behavior and skill plans for the team to implement. The administrative assistant keeps everything (almost everything) running as smoothly as possible from billing, payroll, scheduling, HR needs, onboarding, offboarding, graduations, etc. Positions available: 0/1 (Udpated 1/23/25)
Our Board of Advisors is a volunteer panel who provide important feedback, ideas, and support for the team. The Board is to be comprised of at least 1 member from each of the groups we serve: adults with special needs, junior members (children with special needs who are participating in a limited capacity with parent/guardian approval), parents of children with special needs, RBTs and BCBAs. Volunteers receive no personal health information (PHI) about any particular client and are asked to serve in 6 month terms, with a quarterly meeting lasting approximately 2 hours (junior members are invited for 20 minutes of the meeting and have individual interviews and separate meetings with parent/guardian present). Current clients and current parents/guardians are prohibited from being part of the board, however they may be involved in the future pending 6 months separation. Positions available (6/10).
